Corporate business, nonprofit organizations, employers and entrepreneurs are looking for 21st century leaders to lead staff, manage business functions and drive performance in our competitive, globalised, high technology world. The NGCL program equips leaders with the confidence, competence and character to be effective leaders.

 The Next Generation Corporate Leaders (NGCL) course is an executive program designed to equip rising business and mid career professionals for promotion to leadership roles in the corporate world. The engaging 8 week executive diploma is a blend of cutting edge leadership principles and the corporate organization insight from AB Associates leadership development exposure This intensive 32 hour program facilitates the development of constructive and creative leadership thinking. It is best suited for College graduates, business executives and professionals with at least 5 years work experience in the corporate environment.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Saturdays. Training is based on concept & competence development through: presentations, participant interaction, group-work, structured exercises, case studies, intensive readings and individual assignments. Participants are provided with the core reference texts, but will be expected to conduct and compile group projects and researched reports.
